Production centre
Video Sound Art supports the creation of new works through research projects and an annual open call.
The centre collaborates with international foundations for the production of new works and organises artistic residencies at cultural institutions – Touring Club Italiano, Palazzo Abatellis, Giovanni Caselli Institute of Ceramics and Porcelain.
Among the latest projects realised, Video Sound Art participated as executive producer in Driant Zeneli’s latest film with In Between Art Film and Manifesta 14 Prishtina.
The works of the young artists, selected through an open call, are produced with the support of Video Sound Art’s curatorial, technical and communication team and with the collaboration of researchers, external producers and craft experts.
The constant intermediary work with foundations, museums and galleries gives the artists the opportunity to get in touch with professionals and realities of the sector and favours the inclusion of the new work in a context of visibility.
