Aaron Koblin

Aaron Koblin is an artist and designer specializing in data and digital technologies.
Aaron’s work uses real-world and community generated data to reflect on cultural trends and the changing relationship between humans and the systems they create. His work is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) in London, and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. His projects have been shown at international festivals including TED, Ars Electronica, SIGGRAPH, OFFF, and the Japan Media Arts Festival. He received the National Science Foundation’s first place award for science visualization and two of his music video collaborations have been Grammy nominated. He received his MFA in Design|Media Arts from UCLA. In 2010 Aaron was the Abramowitz Artist in Residence at MIT and he leads the Data Arts Team in Google’s Creative Lab.

Daito Manabe

Born in 1976. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Tokyo University of Science, and Dynamic Sensory Programming Course at International Academy of Media Arts and Sciences (IAMAS). He participated in various projects that made use of his programming skills, across a range of genres and fields. His face performance “Face visualizer, instrument and copy” has been invited by about 30 music/art/film festivals, such as at Sonar Festival(Balcelona) and Transmediale(Berlin) . He also devotes his energies to educational activities such as workshops in various countries, including at MIT Media Lab and Fabrica. In addition, he has participated as a presenter in the openFrameworks Developer Meeting and at cycling ’74 Expo. He served as a member of the judging panel for the 2009 Prix Ars Electronica in the Digital Music category, and received the 2011 Award of Distinction in the Interactive Art category. He has won the Japan Media Arts Festival Excellence Prize twice and has been recommended by the jury on seven occasions.

Sebastian Neitsch

Sebastian Neitsch works in design and technology, experimenting collaborations with engineers in the creation of interactive installations. He is currently a professor at the BTK Berlin, and has also taught at the University of Art in Linz and at the Bilgy University in Istanbul. His projects have been exhibited at the Ars Electronica Center and Festival, the Museum of Technology in Berlin, Mexico City, Istanbul and Santral “Arts and About” in Sydney. His works have been awarded by Kunstfond Bonn from Kunststiftung Sachsen-Anhalt and by the “Price for Young Artists” in the city of Friedrichshafen.

Ced Pakusevskij

Ced Pakusevskij was born in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, where he studied visual communication and graphic design. In early 2000s it moved to Italy where he worked for Sky cinema, and later became the first art director of MTV International. He has won more than twenty gold Promax BDA Awards in New York, Los Angeles and London. Today he lives and works in Milan in the Fullscream studio as founder and creative director.

Cristian Acquaro

A 32-year-old graphic designer, he was born in Taranto and lives in Milan. At the age of 19, after graduating from the Liceo Artistico in Taranto, he decided to change city and moved to Florence to attend the Accademia di Belle Arti, painting course. After graduating with top marks, he decided to devote himself to graphics and the world of digital art, attending a Master’s in Multimedia Content Design. In 2007 he started working with important graphic design studios and in 2010 he was called to work at MTV/Milano Design Studio where he was responsible for the creation of acronyms and graphic packages not only for Italy but also for Spain, Portugal and France. During these 6 years of experience he had the opportunity to work with brands such as: MTV, Gatorade, La7, Sky, Rai and Mediaset.

Daniele Carmosino

Producer, sound designer, composer, born and raised in Genoa, Daniele Carmosino trained in London. After a few years as a consultant for the music publishing house Quiet, Please! he became independent, signing several contracts with major Italian and foreign commercial companies (MTV, La7, Nokia, BMW, Sky, Mini, NIke) and managing the sound design for some film documentaries and live events (Dubai Film Festival).
