BARE RUINED CHOIRS, WHERE LATE THE SWEET BIRDS SANG
6th-11th July 2014

Courtyard. Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci, Milano
Artistic installation by Caterina Gobbi
Produced by Video Sound Art Festival

“Bare ruined choirs, where late the sweet birds sang” is a reflection on the movements of the nature around us. It represents a map that grows from the observation of the natural movements inside the green space of the courtyard. The trajectory of the birds flights and the shadows of the trees became three-dimensional through the use of a gold fiber. The installation invites the public to observe and appreciate these silent rhythms.
