Edith Dekyndt’s research focuses on process. In all her works she turns towards strategies of separation: colour becomes a quality in itself, articulated into bodiless forms, into oil stains or as a gas in a room. The videos convey the fragility and airiness of the medium as one of its intrinsic instabilities.
