III Edition 2013

Under the patronage of the City of Milan, the festival’s third edition was included in the Verdestate Milanese programme. From 6 to 16 July, from 10am to 11pm, at the Portico dell’Elefante and the Sala Viscontea of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, the festival fostered a multidisciplinary dialogue ranging from data collection to live performance, from motion graphics to sound design.

Guests of the 2013 edition were Aaron Koblin, the designer who led the Data Arts Team at Google’s Creative Lab, an expert in data collection and the author of innovative experiments in programming and collective participation, and Daito Manabe, the Japanese programmer who applies technological innovation to the possibilities of the human body. Among the Italian artists, works by Ced Pakusevskij, Daniele Carmosino and Cristian Acquaro.
