A graduate in Mathematics from the Tokyo University of Science, he took a course in Dynamic Sensory Programming at IAMAS. Drawing on his skills as a programmer he has taken part in projects across different fields; his face-performance Face visualizer, instrument and copy has been shown at some thirty music, art and film festivals, including Sonar in Barcelona and Transmediale in Berlin. In 2011 he received the Award of Distinction of the Prix Ars Electronica in the Interactive Art category.
