The continent is a place that often gives us a sense of security: our land, our very own home, that place we cherish as something that is ours alone, where no one else can enter – a place that seems safe and embodies our dreams. Continents are also these worlds separated by the sea and by economic forces, forgotten by humankind; they are also those centres of power that seem to control the world by a thread… to the point of snapping.
