Frozen Memories V, Are we really all looking at the same sky?

For Frozen Memories V, part of a series begun in 2021, the artist traps in a cube of ice something everyone knows: the luminous little stars that as children studded our bedroom ceilings. The video films the slow melting of the ice, a frozen memory slowly released and set free. An attempt to stop time through the lens, taking apart a familiar dimension that now, at a distance in space and time, opens up to a deeper understanding.
