The body adheres to the folds of the sea, seemingly becoming part of it, moving with
the aquatic fluidity of seaweed, as if in the maternal womb. A voice narrates fragments of memory - its home, its mother, its father - which surface unexpectedly without respecting a given chronological order.
The work invites us to reconsider our way of existing in the world, in an attempt to prevent the future from repeating itself inexorably. The entire human figure becomes a mask and, by disjointing itself, breaks free of the defects of the real body.
\n\nA sail is a tool for crossing through winds, for seeking a direction. It is also a path to go down, a question to the world, a compass.<\/em>\nEnrique Ramirez"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_work\/4070","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_work"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/vsa_work"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_work\/4070\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4284,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_work\/4070\/revisions\/4284"}],"acf:attachment":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4075"},{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4073"},{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4072"}],"acf:post":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_artist\/2181"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4070"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"vsa_edizione","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_edizione?post=4070"},{"taxonomy":"vsa_formato","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/videosoundart.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vsa_formato?post=4070"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
