Once upon a time\u2026in the present time.<\/em> The video work, commissioned by Manifesta 14 Prishtina Biennale and produced by Fondazione In Between Art Film, with executive production by Video Sound Art, continues the exploration of the brutalist architecture of the Balkans with one of the most celebrated post-war examples, the Central Post Office in Skopje, North Macedonia.
