She holds a diploma in Visual Arts from the United Kingdom and a bachelor\u2019s degree in Film History from Milan; she earned a master\u2019s degree in Photography from the Noorderlicht School (NL), and later studied with Fran\u00e7ois Cheval at the Mus\u00e9e Nic\u00e9phore Ni\u00e9pce (FR). Her practice spans film, performance, sculpture, and installation.\nThe involvement of the body is central to her performances. Viewing society as a family and the private sphere as a collective, her work explores power, the overlap between the public and private spheres, family rituals, and collective archetypes. Through her works, the artist stages the political body, highlighting the impact of power dynamics on personal and community histories. Her works have been exhibited in Italy and abroad at major institutions and events, including: Museo M9, Venice (IT); Musei di Palazzo Pio Carpi, Modena (IT); Museo Palazzo Riso, Palermo (IT); Botanical Garden, Palermo (IT); Fotografie Forum Frankfurt (DE); Galerias Municipais de Lisboa, Lisbon (PT); BAM Mediterranean Biennial, Palermo (IT); Mediterranean Contemporary Art Biennial, Sarajevo (BA); Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Rome (IT); Santa Giulia Museums, Brescia (IT); Le104, Paris (FR); Circulations Festival, Paris (FR); Central Dupon, Paris (FR); Kunsthalle, Lana (IT); Fotografia Europea, Reggio Emilia (IT); Francesco Fabbri Foundation, Pieve di Soligo (IT); Centrale Festival, Fano (IT); MIA, Milan (IT).
